Two Analysis levels in this platform: Basic Analysis (Orange button) and Advanced Analysis (Red button).
You can use Basic Analysis for either IV data or EQE data.
You'd better use Advanced Analysis by inputting both of IV data and EQE data. Lumo and Homo levels of acceptor you used is required for calculating donor's Lumo and Homo levels. In addition, since Advanced Analysis is run on server, you need to provide your email address, such that you are going to receive a report in a few minutes.
Parameters in IV curve
=====================
active area=0.3 cm2
Illumination power= 100 mW/cm2
jsc=7.8710 mA/cm2
voc=0.6501 V
ff=0.5004
eff=2.5607 %
rs=20.0803 ohm.cm2
rp=530.9735 ohm.cm2
Parameters in EQE curve
=====================
Jsc from EQE=8.3495 mA/cm2
Max Jsc with 100% EQE=16.2727 mA/cm2
Estimated Donor's Lumo-Homo=1.9721 eV
Advanced Analysis
=====================
When acceptor's Lumo and Homo is -4.2 eV and -6.0 eV respectively
Donor's Lumo=-3.178+-0.1589 eV
Donor's Homo=-5.1501+-0.257505eV
The possible max efficiency=3.71 +-0.742 %
Your Jsc of IV is in the acceptable errer range determined by your EQE. However, we suggest you check your IV measurement, such as active area, illumination power and spectrum of solar simulator, so that you can publish both EQE and IV together.
