岗位职责:
1、负责光伏光电项目招聘管理体系、员工任职资格体系、员工关系管理程序等的建立及完善;
2、根据项目进度制定招聘计划及招聘方案; 3、督促、跟踪、开展招聘工作,保证人员及时到位。
任职资格:
1、全日制本科学历,英语听说读写熟练,人力资源管理或光伏光电相关专业背景(应用物理、材料学等);
2、五年以上招聘工作经历,具备大型太阳能新能源企业招聘经验,有猎头工作经验者优先考虑; 3、熟悉各种招聘渠道,具备独立开展招聘、工作分析、人力资源开发等工作的能力;
4、具有较强的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力,工作效率高;
