招聘岗位：采购经理
岗位必备要求：英语口语流利，具备太阳能组件采购经验
职责：
1、负责整个采购业务流程的管理
2、执行并确保符合公司采购过程和政策
3、计划并实施公司采购战略
4、选择合适、有效、潜在的供应商
5、评估公司的供应商，参与供应商谈判
6、始终确保供应商的
7、完成领导安排的其他事务

要求：
1、具备光伏(太阳能组件）行业的专业知识，熟悉行业市场
2、3年以上采购太阳能组件相关工作经验
3、善于沟通、积极、诚实 有领导力
4、良好的英语听说读写能力
Resposibility:
1、Develop and lead dept organization and resources
2、Implement and guarantee company policy and processes
3、Propose and deploy company purchasing strategy
4、Select and validate potential suppliers
5、Evaluate company suppliers performance
6、Lead negotiations with suppliers
7、Constantly guarantee best purchasing conditions with supplier
8、Other duties as required by management

Requirements：
1、Technical knowledge in PV modules for different technologies, sound knowledge of industry market
2、Contract/purchasing  negotiations
3、> 3 years in PV modules purchasing
4、Stong leadership, diplomacy，Aggressive and results oriented, loyal and natural leadership
5、Good Writing / reading / speaking English
