职位： AME & process engineering manager
工作职责：
1.        Lead and supervise AME & process engineering function/team, develop AME & Process engineering staffs
2.        Work with R&D team to flawlessly launch new products, new process and new production line, in the meanwhile, support R&D prototype development
3.        Ensure process robustness, and provide effective solutions on process & quality issue
4.        Establish and sustain robust database and document management for all new products, new projects to meet both APQP/quality system and operation execution requests
5.        Setup team KPI by aligning with organization goals
6.        Define CI approaches by considering right ROI analysis and budgeting control
7.        Provide monthly capacity analysis against all CCs/SCs to TOP management team
Continuously optimize production floor layout to support efficient material flow, safety environment, and reliable process.

任职要求：
Bachelor degree or above in electrical-chemical engineering, or related battery majors
5  years management experience in battery engineering or Process Engineering field, with Industrial Engineering knowledge preferred
1.        Six sigma knowledge (Green Belt above)
2.        Be detail oriented, analytical and demonstrated supervisory skills
3.        Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
4.        Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese
5.        Good people management skills
6.        To be able to work under pressure



职位：Process Engineer (Chemical)
Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for Manufacturing Process design and Process continuous improvement;
2. Participate in the new product Development Process.
3. Establish Corrective Action Plans to address Root cause of top Line failures.
4. Improve line overall yield rate;
5. New production line setup;
6. Train operators and technicians
7. Develop/update or be part of team to Develop/update Product Documents such as SPC,Flow Chart, PFMEA and Control Plan and Work Instructions.
8. Coordinate implementation of related Engineering Changes.
9.Define process sequence, Work methods, manpower required, time studies, etc. to
insure efficient use of manpower.
Requirements：
1.BS or above in Chemical engineering or equivalent/Mechanical
2.Minimum 4 years experience, out of which 1 year should be in managerial position in foreign enterprises.
3.Have actual experience to design process layout, process flow  chart, process control plan;
4.Familiar with PFMEA,SPC
5.Have some background in ISO/TS16949 quality system skills.
6.Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
7.Good at  analyse and solve issue with 6 sigma methodology.



职位：Process Engineer
Responsibilities：
1.Design or improve cell structure to make cell performance robust
2.Design or working with equipment engineer to modify machines or jigs to let
equipment proper for new structure
3.sustain product though providing timely manufacturing support to ensure
delivery of qualified product
4.lead or take part in CI actions though process or machine to get better process
control and quality
5.create working instruction and assist in training manufacturing people
6.support pilot building activities from R&D
Requirements：
1.Bachelor or above on electrical chemistry or material
2.More than 2 years experience,Experience on cylindrical cells structure is prefer
3.Good in English reading and writing
4.Common sense, social confidence and industrial maturity
5.Good team player

职位：Quality Engineer
Responsibilities：
1.Monitor and support to solve the process quality issue
2.Take analysis and support to solve the customer complaint quality issue
3.Set up the quality control system standard base on global quality system
4.Set up the process quality control standard and give coaching
5.Confirm and verify the process change under control
6.Familiar with quality tools and data statistics method
7.Take lead or cooperation with related dept. for disposal of non-confirming issues
8.Regular quality issue report and progress update
Requirements：
1.Chemical or electro-mechanical, bachelor prefer
2.3 years or more work experience about quality control management.Better in Lithium ion battery manufacture
3.Good knowledge in ISO9001 or TS16949
4.Good communication and problem solving skills
5.Good knowledge of use of quality control tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, APQP, PPAP, etc.
6.Familiar with 6-sigma methodology
7.Activity and team-work spirit


职位：Assistant quality engineer
Responsibilities：
1. Document control according to quality system requirement (release, distribution, recall.etc.)
2.    Maintain all the documents used inside the factory shall be latest revision.
3.    Calibration control for all measuring instrument,
4.    Take charge of routine quality data collection and preparation.
5.    Sample and experiment follow up.
Requirements：
1.College in mechanical engineering or related  
2. At least 2 years document control experience.
3. Skilled in TS16949 system
4. Good English speaking and writing.
5. Qualified TS16949 internal audit.
